Rude customers. Clients. Partners.... the list goes on. And at one point in your career we will all encounter one. But do not worry. There are ways to handle customer expectations, and manage a complaint professionally.
It can be stressful, to have a yelling or screaming customer standing in front of you, but do not be overwhelmed. I will share some tricks with you, that will help you handle the situation. And not take it personal!
