On episode 193 I am delighted to welcome back Ian Reeves.

Ian is Head of Wellbeing for the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the NRL. He is also a high-performance coach and founder of his own performance-consulting business ACE (Align • Conquer • Elevate).

Ian’s journey has spanned continents and performance contexts from amateur players with the GPA, to professional at South Sydney and corporate environments including Google.

His human centred approach is evident throughout the conversation as we discuss his day to day role in South Sydney Rabbitohs, and his approach when working with private clients at ACE.

Tune in for a practical and insightful listen (especially for current and former elite performers) as Ian brings stories, frameworks and tools from the world of elite sport and performance. Expect real talk about mental skills, identity, practical tools and strategies for personal development and performance, and the human element behind it all.
