This week I had the pleasure of sitting down with Kim Ward. Kim is a true powerhouse in the real estate space, a serial entrepreneur, and a woman on a mission to create both legacy and impact. We dove into everything from how we both got our starts in real estate investing, to the ins and outs of PadSplit and co-living models for affordable housing, and even some of the tough lessons we’ve learned along the way.

Kim shared her entrepreneurial journey, including how she leveraged her experience running a FedEx business into building a portfolio of pad splits to create generational wealth, and her drive to use real estate as a vehicle for social good, especially supporting foster kids who are aging out of the system.

If you want to hear honest conversations about what it really takes to succeed in this industry, the power of networking with other women, and how real estate can be a force for positive change, this episode is for you.
