Are you always the grown up? If you feel that you’re always the one to make the hard decision or find yourself over-giving this episode is for you!

Pay attention to what’s showing up. Do you feel the desire to take a day off or to go do something just for fun? Listen to your inner child or teenager who needs some attention.

Get a Receiving School update. Patty also shares her creative ideas but for now, she’s letting them show up and is keeping track of them without taking action.
