You. What is your purpose? What ideals do you stand on even when facing death? Even when outgunned and outnumbered? Even when outmatched and unprepared? The purpose is the next level, to take that next step toward something bigger than yourself. To commit yourself toward something you won’t see. Something you won’t touch and something you won’t smell. It is to look at the person next to you and for them to trust you to do your job, consistently and reliably. To do more than the bare minimum, to exceed all expectations and set a new precedent to be followed then raised. It is accountability when no one is watching. It is discipline when you smell food you aren’t supposed to eat. It is integrity to return things we find that do not belong to us. It is the decision to be more. To do more and to take the initiative amongst the sea complacency and uncertainty. As always thank you for your continued support and time.
