We’re joined by a legend in the St. Louis hospitality scene, many of you may know Adam from the face behind the local favorite Mission Taco Joint. In 2024, Mission was hit with a lawsuit and had to go through a new rebrand to Session Taco in 2025. With 7 locations, the group is still bringing that same west coast vibe with some fun new additions to menu.
