In our main review, we are talking about The Ladykillers, available on Prime Video

The Ladykillers is a 2004 black comedy film directed by Joel and Ethan Coen. The Coens' screenplay was based on the 1955 British Ealing comedy film of the same name, written by William Rose. The Coens produced the remake, together with Tom Jacobson, Barry Sonnenfeld, and Barry Josephson. It stars Tom Hanks, Irma P. Hall, Marlon Wayans, J. K. Simmons, Tzi Ma and Ryan Hurst, and marks the first time that the Coens have worked with Tom Hanks and the first remake by the Coens. This was the first film in which Joel and Ethan Coen share both producing and directing credits; previously Joel had always been credited as director and Ethan as producer.

Then in our buffering segment, we are going over the top domestic box office films of the summer season of 2003 which includes such films as:

  • Bad Boys II
  • Finding Nemo
  • Legally Blonde 2: Red, White and Blonde
  • X2
  • and many more

Then we give out the following awards:

  • Worst Title
  • Shelf Life
  • Favorite Movie
  • Best Movie

Finally In our Last Looks segment, we are recommending:

Nadir: Cheaper by the Dozen, available on Disney+

Gian: In the Heights, available on HBO Max
