This is such a powerful episode, where I talk to the amazing, whip smart and incredibly articulate, Paola Telfer, a UBC electrical engineering grad, turned entrepreneur who created Sens.ai, a revolutionary at home brain training system. Her own accident, which left her at rock bottom and wanting to heal herself, was the catalyst for her wanting to create a system that was far more accessible to the average person.

We dive into how this product can help survivors retrain their brain, create new neuropathways, and really live lives they love, despite what the abuser in their lives, do, or don't do. It really is such an empowering episode because we dive into how this product can help change your brain, which has been impacted by abuse, and therefore, your life.

Spoiler alert: it truly does work and has literally changed my life. I've gone from not sleeping, to consistently sleeping through the night, after a 20 year battle with sleep. And my focus and productivity have drastically improved as well.
