Our next guest have filed an amended urgent notice on the new code of conduct in Parliament. The civil society organization argues the constitutionality of a code of conduct, especially on the section regarding secrecy/confidentiality clause. The organization also argues that the new code of conduct did not have adequate public participation or public debate before ratification months later (October 2024) by the legislative houses.

In a response to news publication Ground Up, Parliament has accused United Behind of abusing court processes by changing the focus of its court case from the old code to the new code.
