Recorded in Breslov, overlooking the resting place of Reb Nosson himself, Rav Shlomo Katz learns a Likutei Halachos where Reb Nosson reads Yaakov’s words “vayasem revach bein eider la’eider” — “he placed space between the flocks” — as a guide to facing life’s struggles.

When everything feels overwhelming, Reb Nosson teaches: don’t take on the whole battle at once. Create space. Divide your “camps.” Grab (lachtof) even one small moment of tefillah, of simcha, of clarity — even if all you can manage is to whisper “Hoshia.”

This shiur invites us to breathe between the burdens, to write our own tefillos like Reb Nosson taught, and to rediscover strength not by fixing everything, but by holding one spark at a time.

Featuring the nigun “There’s a fire burning in my heart — Breslov.”
