Who would have thought that an U.S. Merchant Marine Commander sentenced to life in a Mexican federal prison for conspiracy to overthrow the national government and international drug trafficking could become a Visionary Leader, Author, Speaker, Educator, and Activist for Parent’s Rights back in the USA? In Part 1, we learn the background story of Rocky Malloy, Founder of the National School Chaplain Association - the World’s largest provider of certified school chaplains.

Rocky's arrest, sentencing, incarceration, and pardon southern Mexico occurred miraculously in 72 hours. Thinking he had a “Get out of Jail” card from God, he soon found himself involved in another insurrection, this time in Bolivia. And again, the Lord intervened, saving him from death.

Soon after his miraculous deliverance Rocky became a born-again Christian. Rocky shares this story with us (and other miraculous details) Part 1.
