Heather Rider joins Marissa Limsiaco as they discuss how leasing a space for the first time, with no knowledge of the process, can be extremely challenging. After being dissatisfied with her corporate job, Heather wanted to open a wellness center and share her energy healing with other people. After faces many hurdles the leasing process poses, she was able to persevere and has worked from her new office space for about a year and a half. Female empowerment is one of Heather’s key factors when looking for people to work with. From her tenant rep to her attorney, Heather likes to work with females to give her company better representation.
