Let's talk about stress. Something we all deal with in some capacity. Stress does not have to be all bad all the time. It can be a great way to measure our own self growth and learn things we wouldn't normally in a low-key environment. Listen in to today's episode where we discuss how our stressors have changed from our time in college to young adults and the different ways we handle them. Stress can affect you emotionally, mentally and physically and the three of us are learning in our lives how to deal with it when it happens.
