We all do it to some degree, but once you see how you betray yourself in the name of keeping and creating connection and belonging, your life will change forever. I’ll share with you a single sentence that you can apply to any form of self betrayal so you do just that — see it plane site — and then make the conscious decision to stop living against your value.
