Dr. Pavia is also Thrive's Vice President of Medical Operations in the Central Group and works with senior leadership to cutivate a positve hospital culture, support team growth and development, and insure exceptional medical care and client experience. She holds a degree in English Literature from Yale University and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The University of Pennsylvania College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons specializing in small animal surgery.
