In this week's Washington Report, David Sanger, chief Washington correspondent for The New York Times, talks to Kerry Nolan about his move toward reducing the country's nuclear force. He also follows up on an executive order, expected this week, that would affect how companies prepare for cyberattacks, and the approaching "sequester," or automatic cut in funds, that the federal government is facing.
