A panel consisting of TEs Zach Garris, Thomas Rickard, and Ben Dunson examine the Greek and discusses the impropriety of using the title 'deaconess' in the PCA as they consider TE Rickard's brotherly appeal against using the title. While Biese has no problem with the use of the title, the panel points out the expression is not rooted in the biblical Greek, but is a recent novelty in the Reformed Church.
