SRF monk Brother Prafullananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on the power of friendship to transform our lives.

Would you like to know how to build friendships that are deeply fulfilling and uplifting? True friendship is unconditional and all-inclusive. By striving to express kindness, love, and understanding to all, we can deepen our close relationships and also broaden the reach of our friendship to include everyone around us. And by offering unconditional love to the Divine in meditation we can draw ever closer to the ultimate goal of life — oneness with God.

This talk, which includes a period of meditation, was given at the SRF temple in Fullerton, California, in March 2023.

You can help more people find and benefit from Yogananda’s practical wisdom and teachings of yoga by rating and reviewing this podcast. We greatly appreciate your support!
