In this vulnerable solo episode, I’m sharing a part of my story I’ve never fully spoken out loud before—the season where alcohol became my comfort, my escape, and eventually, my prison.

From wine coolers in middle school to nightly six-packs as a mom of three, I believed the lie that drinking helped me cope. But the truth? It was numbing the very parts of me God was trying to heal.

This episode is for the woman who’s ever questioned her worth, wrestled with addiction in any form, or carried labels someone else gave her. It’s for the woman ready to surrender, ready to rewrite her story, and ready to rise.

You are not too far gone. You are not defined by your past. And you do not have to walk this road alone.
