Research tells us (actual *research, not bro science) that it takes anywhere between 18 - 254 days to change a habit. Of course, that's not 'absolute' but it is the typical range. The giving up of ‘the old' and the hardwiring of ‘the new' is a multidimensional process. That is, there are a bunch of moving parts and variables.
