The delightful and engaging Katie Mack joins me this week for a quick therapy session, followed by a discussion of the work of the International Human Rights Art Movement. IHRAM is a wonderful organization that is doing its part to amplify the work of artists living in areas where doing what they do, and being who they are, can mean imprisonment or death. Being Pride Month, I thought it was appropriate to discuss art in the queer community, and how its being attacked both domestically and abroad. While the topic is heavy, and I'm in my Emo phase, Katie and I discuss the bravery of these artists, as well as her podcasting background. This is an episode I intended to air much later, however the topic was so important, and the guest so wonderful, I couldn't wait to share it with you. Enjoy!
