I think and believe that there shouldn't be any shame in admitting when you find you're slacking, when you find you're struggling with what should otherwise be so natural to you... Why? Because we're humans and once in a while in this journey of life, we get stuck, we slow down sometimes intentionally, sometimes not. I'm reminded that through it all, we were born to be real not perfect! Even when you get into that space where it's not feeling right, what do you do about it? Do you ruffle yourself up and start again, do you change how certain things have been?
