MaryBeth Wimmer is a Christian Anxiety Coach who teaches women how to defeat stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental distress. She believes God is calling His women to be ready for a great move of God in our generation, and that He has called her to prepare these women for the work of the ministry of reconciliation between God and man.
MaryBeth founded God's Rx to bring God's people back to the truth of God's word which heals them and sets them free. She co-founded The Sleep Solution: Your Holistic Guide for Sweet Dreams to help rejuvenate sleep in people's lives.
She is a wife, mother, grandmother, certified coach, author and speaker.
Marybeth also goes into sharing her testimony and how important it is for us as believers to continually share our testimony and what God has done in our lives to others. It isn’t about us as the Christians it's about sharing and giving glory to God.
In sharing her story of her walk with the Lord with her mental health Marybeth shows how God never leaves us alone. He is always right there with each and everyone of us ready to move forward.
