In this episode I’m sharing how you can start to trust yourself after trauma.

I walk you through a 6 step process (you’ll need to listen for the full explanation for each piece);

  1. Uncover the reason why you don’t trust yourself.
  2. Start to move through and release any reasons that you don’t trust yourself.
  3. Shift your focus to yourself. Get to know yourself and let go of other peoples opinions.
  4. Each day write down all the ways in which you trusted yourself.
  5. Journal: What would life look and feel like if I trusted myself?
  6. Start slow - make small decisions and take small actions that show yourself you trust yourself.
