I also have a challenge for you, and that is to commit to a gratitude practice for 1 month.

What to do:

  • Write down how you feel right now
  • Every day write down something / the things you are grateful for
  • At the end of the month read them back
  • At the end of the month reflect on how you feel and how your life has changed
