Natasha Edmunds is a conflict resolution consultant, coach, mediator, facilitator and community organizer. She helps businesses, organizations and individuals transform conflict into solutions, strengthen relationships, build cohesive teams, communicate effectively, and find common ground to overcome polarization. She is also a graduate of the 2024 Dark Woods Grief Tending & Ritual Facilitation Training. In this episode, we discuss her personal journey with grief and conflict that brought her to a place of wanting to serve others. She also shares vulnerably about her process through the training, and the key insights and teachings she received during our time together.
