With over 20 years of experience in multicultural marketing, she has held executive roles at prominent organizations including Walmart, Comcast, Allstate, Univision Communications, The Walt Disney Company, Fox Studios, and Sony Pictures. Her expertise spans multicultural consumer engagement, digital and data-driven marketing strategies. Beyond her corporate role, Ariela serves as an adjunct professor at USC's Marshall School of Business, teaching multicultural and digital marketing, and is a senior consultant at the Inclusive Leaders Group. Her achievements include receiving the Luminary Award from the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communication and the Successful Latinas in Business Award.
