Who doesn't want to get a little something back from Liquid Home, Utande, TelOne et al if there is a service outage? Well, the UK seems to have a solution that compensates customers in the event of an outage.

This should be applied in Zimbabwe because ISPs would be more motivated to maintain service quality.
