Gisle joins me to talk about the challenges of working on the sound for quiet, internal films. Including building an emotional map of the entire movie to determine where the sonic focus changes occur. He also discusses how he attacks a project where he is the dialog editor, sound effects editor, music editor, voice over director and re-recording mixer.
