Today, TINT Event Organiser Nuriye is talking with Aleksandra Popova and Mohammed Babiker about the value of self-love and self-care.

Aleksandra and Mohammed are both students at Fontys who met each other during the minor ‘Your future work’ where they learned a lot about self-development and they would love to share this acquired experience with you!

Aleksandra Popova, is 24 years old and comes from Bulgaria. She has been living in the Netherlands for nearly 6 years now. Currently, she is a 3rd-year student of Trend Research and Concept Creation in Lifestyle at Fontys Tilburg.

Mohammed Babiker, was born in the city of Khartoum in Sudan, but also has been living in the Netherlands for a long time and studies Industrial Engineering and Management at Fontys.

In this episode, they share their insights about the different aspects of self-care, assertiveness and many other life-skills and their experience with those and share tips to inspire you for your next step in self-development and self-care.
