We're told to love ourselves. We say the words: "I love myself." But what happens when you discover those words are empty—or worse, that there are parts of you that you actually loathe?

In this 'Behind the Scenes' episode, I get raw and honest about my own healing journey and the uncomfortable truth I uncovered: I didn't love myself. Not really. Beneath the affirmations and the attempts at self-compassion, there were parts of me I secretly despised.

This episode is about that reckoning—the moment I had to face the gap between what I said and what I truly felt. Because here's the truth: we can't genuinely be, speak, or think love outward until we've done the hard work of loving ourselves first. And sometimes, that work starts with admitting we're not there yet.

I also share practical tips to help you get started on your own self-love journey—simple, actionable steps you can take today to begin building a genuine relationship with yourself.

If you've ever struggled to believe your own words of self-love, this one's for you.
