Cristiano Colla, from Palma, Italy, rated his childhood a 4 out of 5. The reality? Tremendous trauma. A mother who told him he was never wanted. Dreams of being a professional footballer (soccer) disappearing without explanation. Unresolved pain that led him to use sex as a vice—addiction that left him broken.

When traditional therapy and hypnotherapy weren't enough, Cristiano turned to Ayahuasca. Ten days in the Peruvian forest became his turning point. The biggest lesson? Switching from victimhood to empowerment—a game changer that transformed everything.

In this raw conversation, he reveals what he learned about himself, how he rechanneled destructive energy, and why heartbreak and rebirth both taught him essential lessons. He also discovered switching his internal narrative from victim to empowered was a game changer.

Today, Cristiano is an author with a book releasing later this year or early next year. He's a spiritualist in pursuit of living his highest self and potential—proof that transformation is possible, no matter how broken we feel.

Hear how he went from rock bottom to reclamation.
