Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Dylan Moore started working as a freelance cartoonist in high school and began animating soon after. Currently Dylan teaches several classes at Vancouver Film School in their Foundation and Connect programs. Independently, he’s animated music videos, promos, and animated segments in live features. Under his Outhouse Cartoons banner, he’s written and directed two feature-length animated films, “The Case of the Midnight Murderer,” and “The Snot That Ate Port Harry.” Previously, Dylan created a webcomic called Cowman, the Sex, Drugs and Candy Canes: The Santa Claus Story graphic novel and has created an annual horror anthology called Stories To Shock. Dylan’s latest project is the Combat Fairies volume 3 graphic novel on Kickstarter.

The story of Combat Fairies goes like this: “Centuries ago the Otherworld decided to hide itself from the mortal realm. But now that the mortals have broken out into their third World War, the question is raised; do they stay hidden? Or do they come out of the shadows and help end the bloodshed? It’s a dividing question that leads to a Civil War. As the two worlds fall apart, a tactical team of fairies are sent on mission after mission until a new target forces them to question their place in everything.”
