All of life is a dance and we are always dancing.
The dance within the body, the dance of how we do our day, and the dances of relating. Dance is happening all of the time.
Our physical body is designed to move and carry out various physical functions. In habitual life we repeat certain positions and movements and create imbalance.
In dance, all parts of the body are brought into play, creating a rebalancing and a rewiring of the body. Improving how the body processes our experiences, emotions, energies and state of being. Like a well working digestive process.
Notice the body, how it moves, and the dance in everyday life.
