Rose du Lac, Manitoba 5 people have an encounter with a UFO. From their account of what happened that day it is possible to draw the conclusion that the Oz Factor was at play during their sighting. Cpl. R. M. Tramley investigated this case for the RCMP. This case was also investigated by the Canadian Aerial Phenomena Research Organization.
