There are many components to every successful business, from recruiting to marketing, from sales to culture development, and everything in between. On this episode Raphael summarizes all essential ingredients to any successful business into three P's.

The three P's are:

Purpose - The purpose of a business, which includes vision and mission of the entity and it's leader.

Performance - Marketing, Sales, Recruiting, Hiring, Customer Service, Training, etc. all of which fall under the Performance in the three P's.

Profits - It's what takes care of everything necessary to keep the business running. Bedros Keuilian once said "Revenue feeds the ego, profits feed the family"
