This episode is me being interviewed on Steph Lowe’s podcast again called Health, Happiness and human kind.

For those who don't know or don’t remember, Steph Lowe is The Natural Nutritionist, that’s her business name and her IG handle.

Steph has a passion for spreading a positive message about real food and the incredible affect it has on health, fertility and performance, She has an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a postgraduate degree in Human Nutrition and she launched her company “The Natural Nutritionist” in 2011 and is on a mission to inspire others to make health a priority in their lives.
