Has it ever happened to you that are studying or working and suddenly you start feeling too anxious?

Or, you had a fight or a disagreement with a loved one, continuous back and forth of statements and then anxiety starts hitting you?

In this episode if the Unbinary Life Podcast, we try to understand anxiety and how can we deal with it.

Can we overcome it completely? NO, that's not possible! We would be lying if we say yes that we have a full-proof solution.
