There are five rules to secure a successful relationship between you and your customer.
- Know who your customer is.
- Your rewards will be in exact proportion to your service.
- The more effort you put into satisfying the customer, the more rewards you will receive.
- Treat others as you want to be treated.
- Find a way to improve everyday.
