In the recession years of the early 1990’s, Bob Scannell launched his namesake company, Scannell Properties. It wasn’t a good time to start a development company. Interest rates were sky high and the mantra at the time was “survive ‘til ’95.” Yet, with an entrepreneurial spirit that guides the company still today, Bob quickly grew the company into what is today one of the premier industrial development firms internationally.
