There's a real authenticity around Copperline, and I love that sort of folk experience that you're bringing back into Australian music.
What I've really learned in the last couple of years is to, especially if you're doing original music, see it as a community. There are great people out there doing the same thing that you're doing, and I think you can really draw a lot of strength from becoming part of the community.
My favorite line here is 'digging up old bones and hiding them in songs.'
