Biography: Dr. Justin James Kennedy, D.Prof, is a professor of Applied Neuroscience and Organizational Behavior at UGSM-Monarch Business School in Switzerland and a PhD supervisor at Canterbury Christ Church University in the U.K. He is the author of Brain Reboot: A Change of Mind Will Change Your Brain, a book that blends his personal recovery journey after a life-changing accident with practical neuroscience-based tools for resilience, wellbeing, and performance.

As founder of npnHub and the Institute of Organisational Neuroscience, Dr. Kennedy has helped create a global community of "Neuroplasticians" dedicated to applying brain science in coaching, leadership, and organizational life. His work focuses on the "Performance-Wellness" model, helping individuals and organizations balance high output with sustainable well-being.
