We sat down with Lynn Lowe from Music Services Inc. Which is the Publishing Administration division of Music Services that the larger music services organization takes its name from. Lynn and I sat down for the second in a series of chats with key folks from music services at South by Southwest, Lynn is one of the people who makes sure publishers and songwriters get paid and get paid on time and get paid accurately.
