Eastern Cape Judge President, Selby Mbenenge has denied the allegation that he sent a picture of his private parts to complainant, Andiswa Mengo. The Tribunal previously heard from Mengo that she received an image of private parts allegedly from the top Judge. Mengo is accusing the Judge President of alleged sexual harassment via in-person interactions and electronic communication, of which includes alleged crude images.
