On today’s episode, we sat down with Andrew Forrest to get his insight on how he grows his businesses, how he finds talent to scale, and how he adds value to his customers to retain them.

Dr. Forrest is one of Florida’s leading dentists treating some of the most challenging cases. With over 15 years of experience, a passion for attention to detail, and an artistic flair for creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Forrest is a leading clinician that specializes in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry Presently, Dr. Forrest is the Clinical Director of 1500 DENTAL, based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Dr. Forrest believes in employing a “team approach” to dental care, utilizing the expertise of a team of varying dental specialists. His clinical research was completed at the University of Miami on the interdisciplinary management of Cancer Treatment, Irradiation Therapy, and Implantology. This earned him the prestigious Straumann ITI Implant Dentistry Scholarship Award. While attending Dental School, Dr. Forrest completed two Periodontics externships at New York University and Harvard University. Dr. Forrest completed his three year specialty training in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at the University of Florida, Shand’s Hospital. During that time, he also completed his Master’s Degree with a focus on Oral Immunology.

Dr. Forrest is a third generation dentist and has a teaching appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Florida. To date, Dr. Forrest has placed more than 10,000 dental implants. He lectures nationwide to practitioners on his methodology, teaching others how to attain the highest possible results in Implant Dentistry. Dr. Forrest also has the honor and privilege of being part the Clear Choice Dental Implant Team based her in South Florida. Dr. Forrest maintains a reputation for excellent results by following the basic principles of proper treatment planning and team synergy. Moreover, his passion for his patients is evident in his practice. To him, it’s not just about work; it’s about caring for people and improving the quality of their lives.
