It was meant to be a symbol of glamour and hope — but behind its ornate doors, the Cecil Hotel became a monument to misery.
From the unsolved murder of “Pigeon Goldie” Osgood and the twisted stays of Richard Ramirez and Jack Unterweger, to the mysterious death of Elisa Lam, the Cecil’s history reads like a catalog of tragedy.

Some say it’s cursed.
Others say it’s haunted — by grief, by evil, or by the weight of everything that’s happened within its walls.

In this episode, we descend through nearly a century of death, despair, and darkness — exploring the hotel’s cursed legacy, the spirits that linger on its upper floors, and why this building in downtown Los Angeles refuses to let the past rest.

Because at the Cecil Hotel… some guests never check out.
