Taylor Simmers has worked in the education field for nearly 20 years. His idea to spearhead the development of a different kind of school finally came to fruition in 2011. With a small, likeminded crew, they launched Tahoe Expedition Academy. The Pre-K through 12th grade school is founded on engaging academics with real world adventures.
