From serving as Area Director of Sales & Marketing in South Asia and the Caribbean to playing a pivotal role in launching the European Convention Network, he has been instrumental in strengthening Marriott’s presence in the international hospitality landscape.

Before taking on his current role, John was General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali (2020-2023) and spent four years leading Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort. Under his leadership, these properties saw remarkable growth in both business performance and guest satisfaction, further establishing his reputation as a leading figure in luxury hospitality.
