What has been the most powerful thing that has happened in my life?

This question prompted me to decide what I wanted to do in life. And this can help redefine your life too.

I am Mark Robertson. I provide Executive and Personal coaching for personal development through ontological design.

Growing up as a military brat with a difficult family background, it took me three decades to work on self-improvement while examining my way of being - my thinking and beliefs, my emotions and moods, and my body posture.

And with the birth of this podcast, “Wake Up and Pay Attention,” I want to share how this practice that brought my personal transformation could also help you and significantly reshape different areas of your life.

It’s time to get off living your life on autopilot. Join me as we explore the power of personal growth, self-observation, and the importance of being present. Change is not yet too late. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together!
