In the next in our new series of Walk The Talk – Lessons from Leaders, we talk with Oliver Turnbull.

As always, we encourage you to listen while you walk and we do the talking!

Oliver works for Arthur D Little - the world’s first and therefore the oldest management consulting firm. And alongside Oliver’s main role of Principal - Digital Problem Solving, he is the Global Head of Wellbeing and a Mental Health First Aider for the organisation.

In this conversation we discuss the 18 month journey to training a cohort of 15 individuals from 7 different ADL countries as Mental Health First Aiders. Oliver goes on to share the benefits the organisation has seen as a result of this community - which is not only supporting the global ADL population but also supporting each other through their monthly meets where they share the (anonymous) conversations they’ve had and they look to support, learn and develop from each other’s experiences. It’s packed full of lots of interesting thoughts and perspectives from Oliver, so listen and let us know what you think!
